A simple and comfortable hotel to stay at in Verona. It has everything you need for a short stay and a convenient location, located just behind the train station and a short bus ride from the city centre which the staff are happy to explain to you and sell you bus tickets. The highlight of this hotel is the friendly staff, one of the women (I believe her name was Laura but I could be wrong) went above and beyond to help us find takeaway pizza, we came to the hotel exhausted after a long day and just wanted to go get a simple meal to takeaway but could not find a place close by open so we asked for a recommendation. She told us it was no problem and rang a place to help us order pizza, after discovering they were closed she told us she was determined to help us and rang multiple places to get us dinner delivered. The pizza we got surprisingly ended up being one of the most delicious meals we had in Italy! A big thank you to her and all of the friendly team members here!

There is a local Verona bus service into the centre of the city which stops right outside the hotel and has a frequent service throughout the day. The room was very good. Spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very generous with everything you could want. Once you mastered the machine, even the coffee was good. The hotel staff all spoke English and were very efficient and helpful. If you want to know anything about Verona just ask them. They had maps and advice on everything. Other restaurants were close by and were very good. Especially the fish restaurant and they even had an 'Eataly' close by. If you are going to Verona and don't have to stay in the centre of the city, stay here!

Having an SUV, I wanted to avoid driving in the Verona city center. The BW was a find. We got two rooms with breakfast for the family. We had free parking. There was a bus stop across the street that took us into town. We walked to a wonderful dinner from the hotel. There are several nearby options. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations. There was a delightful selection of pastries, fruit, jams, a tub of nuttella with a pump that made me fall in love again! There were also a few hot items. The wonderful staff helped us with the fancy Nespresso machine. It was great. It was also cool to take a short drive to their local Eataly. One more time I'll mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay.

In the room we had a tea kettle, different types of teas, sugar, cups. The fridge is filled daily. There is a safe in the room. The cleanliness is of a high standard. The bar is well stocked and open until almost midnight, and the service is very prompt. The hotel terrace is very pleasant, the parking lot is safe and big enough. There is also underground parking.

The staff was super nice, we arrived early morning so they stored our luggage. We booked only for a night with breakfast included, but next day we had to eave early, so they offered to have breakfast a day before since we were already there. Such a lovely gesture.
